Dash Lights 700 1989

89 780 B230FT

I recently picked up a Black 780 and am transferring my engine out of another 780 to this car, in fact this eve i was finally able to start it. I am using the other 780 as my parts car at this point using its parts to fix the minor issues on the new Black one, The the other RED one will be scrapped after being stripped.
Anyways, The dash lights do not light up on this new Black 780, No interior lights what so ever on dash. Courtesy and Floor lighting work. After fixing a few things tomorrow on the engine and tranny i will be trying to tackle this Tuesday, So fellow brickers where should I be looking first.
The head lights turn on with Switch for what its worth. Have not tried another switch.
Ignition is tight.
Windshield wipers do not work, stem is broken as well so i have to replace that.
Right turn signal blinks a little fast but not at the bulb out speed and not at regular speed, Left signal is fine.

Will look into any advise in order of reply since i have not done any trouble shooting yet for this issue.
