Turbo+ incresed your Boost at 3400 RPMS to limit. It took it from the stock boost to about 13 psi. It used an electonic module that would open up when it hit that rpm range. It gives a nice kick in the pants boost. I had a 89 744tic+ with that installed. It was a very nice addition. If you find one in the junk yard grab it. If you can't find that find a SAAB with APC and grab that instead.
