Pretty simple swap. You might have the B 20E which is 10.5:1 compression and will run REAL strong! If it is be very sure it gets GOOD gas.
More likely you have the low compression B20F which is still OK. It has bigger intake valves than your old B20B and a little more lift on the cam (but with the same duration).The Strombergs will get you goin' and if they are in good shape they'll be fine for some time. However the fuel injection is better all around and not too hard to swap in IF it is still intact and working.
Oh and the top starter bolt goes in from the front with the nut on the backside. You can remove the distributor for clearance by taking out the two 1/4 inch cap screws that hold the aluminum flange to the block.
Congrats on getting a neat car for cheap!
