Ignition problem solved!!!! 200 82

Thanks mike, and Dee for your help.

After Ive torn this volvo into twelve tiny little pieces, I discover that there is a connector on the passenger side of the engine compartment. It does a split, the blue wire goes to the ignition module, the brown wire goes to t-15 on the coil. Well, it appears that the last time This plug was taken apart , some of the insulation that surrounds it was pushed back up into the connector, hence my intermittent problem. This is also the reason my engine had taken to dying on occasion, especially after backing and applying the brake hard. The solution was to snip the loose insulation of, and then pinch the connector for a better fit. Thats it!

Im lucky, because I was getting ready to re wire, big time!

Thanks for the help.
