I am not familiar with a Grant wheel, but if these are similar to a Momo wheel, then there may be a couple of adapters around - Momo does not have anymore the last time I checked. Martin Motorsports in Alexandria, VA had a couple left a while back - you could check with them. 703 823 9735

The Momo adapter has 6 threaded holes to bolt the wheel to. Should be easy to drill a different pattern if required for your Grant wheel.

Otherwise, start checking the enthusiast boards, clubs, e-bay, etc.
