Volvo dealers suck! 200 84

Thank you for the adivise on intake studs and torque. I went to the dealer today to get studs. What a surprise; they didn't have any. I asked what size they were. They would not or could not tell me. They told me they could get them in a week and a half, or in a day if I payed 10 dollars extra. Wouldn't you expect a dealer to have a simple thing like a stud. Particularly since I think Volvo only has ever used 2 sizes on all red blocks. I had to go to a Volkswagon dealer to get studs. I also checked into the price of an intake gasket. They wanted 29.80 (Canadian) for the thing. I got an Elring (same as Volvo I think) gasket for 2.90 at an import parts place. Shouldn't it be against the law to gouge people that badly?
