245 Fuel Tank Pre-Pump tubing 200 1985

I pulled the fuel tank out of my wagon and found, as expected, the neoprene??? tubing had basically disintegrated.. Any suggestions on a replacement material for the tubing? I thought about regular fuel tubing, but the exterior reinforcing material is different from the core material, and may not be fuel-resistant.

Any help would be appreciated!
