Cut hog rings on bottom and start working cover up by gently turning it inside out. Clip two more hog rings that hold the pleat in seat at about shoulder blade height. A little more rolling cover up and you'll be looking at headrest release. Sometimes they can be a bi$$ch even when your looking at them. Had one with broken tabs that I finally had to hit metal rods with a hammer and drive it and the white plastic out of the seat frame. I do all of the above with the seat removed from car and the seat back removed from the bottom cushion. Another piece that can be more difficult is the cone shaped retainer that holds recliner knob on. I hit this with a center punch in a couple of spots which deforms it bad enough that it comes off. I then straihten it out to re-install.
