OK, Rusty FLoor Pans, now What?? Read this one!!! 200 1982

I took a peek under my '82 240, 132k, and noticed two fist sized holes in the floor pans. I can see the spongy material under the carpet!!!. The drivetrain is in great shape w/132k and ironically the body is very nice as well, PO had some serious body work done. I am in two deep to ditch this car because of a little rust! What are my options to repair this rust, are replacement floor pans available, easy to replace?? where can I get some. Anyone repaired similar problems???

Thanks,

Matt
