Front Seals leaking..Big Time! 700 1986

Here's the scoop!!
a) Timing belt and front seals replaced Feb.'99 (only 21,000 miles ago).
b) Replaced flame trap and check bronze fitting (intake side) & small hose,
all good two weeks ago.Did not check oil separator/trap since I assume it's c
clean.This was two weeks ago.
c) Last night saw bad leak in the front seal area.Even water pump was drenched
im motor oil.
Questions;
a) Is it time to have timing belt/seals replaced ?? ($330.00)
b)Do you think just replacing the oil Trap/separator would help ?

I have been running mobil one for 3,000 miles already.
Thanks..
