What is this "zero-mile list"

I'm almost positive I'm keeping this vehicle I'm test driving for the week. My wife took it for a ride last night and said it was okay. The results of tonights drive home in this blizard we are supposed to get, and tomorrow's inspection will be the determinig factors...
