flame trap 700

Hi i have a volvo 740 16valve and i am wondering how much it will cost to have the flame trap cleaned or replaced. I donthink this has ever been serviced before, and i suspect the camshaft seals are leaking and also the head gasket-could yo utell me how much it would cost to fix these too? I live in gaithersburg md and would take any service center recomendations as well
