240 DL hesitation. HELP! 200

I have a 84 240Dl that has some major hesitation problems. I recently had both fuel pumps replaced, as well as the engine harness and the ECM. I searched the forums and found that a lot of people are having this problem, but no one says what the problem was, or how to fix it. The hesitation happens both when its cold and hot, and usually around 20-30 mph. Before I had the fuel pumps replaced the hesitation only happened when it was cold, but now it happens all the time. Any thoughts? Thanks
