Classic Volvos

In Oklahoma the licenses are fairly cheap but the special antique or
classic car plates are so restrictive that my friend uses regular plates
on his old cars (single digit year model, e.g, a 1904 Rambler) as well as
his newer cars (double digit year model, e.g. 1911 Maxwell) along with
regular liability insurance. In fact he was the first one I know to suffer
a REAL (as opposed to anticipated) Y2K problem when his insurance paperwork
came back identifying his car as a 2004 model Rambler.
