Engine Swap 200

The wiring harnesses are quite different. Far fewer electrical connections on the B21FT (it's got K-Jet injection - a whole 'nother thing to swap over). Your B23F is also likely a K-Jet engine, and even if not it's going to have a different harness.

The other thing to keep in mind is that it may be illegal to put any engine from an older car into a newer car.

In that vein it may also be easier to swap in a B230FT from a 740/760/940 Turbo/SE. It's already got the LH-Jet setup (but you'll likely need a new wiring harness anyways). The big problem there would be moving the distributor from the back of the head to the block.
