My oil is gassy, and my feet are really cold... 700 1986

Don Foster, are u out there???
Iv'e got an 86 B230FT wagon that seems to flood itself out even with a new pressure regulater, good O2 sensor, Air Mass and working injectors...could the engine temp sensor under manifold#3 be a culprit? The wiring harness hasn't completely rotted out at all, there's one bare wire and one other rough looking one. After I had a new pressure regulater put on ( with some other work done as well,) it ran like a top-- for about 20 min., then it stalled out( no sudden tach drop) waited 20 min., it started when i pumped the throttle, I know that makes no sense, then the same thing happens 30 min. later...there's spark, gas, proper timing....it's really cold up here in canada and I've spent the past month standing over my car in it..?!? any help?
