Source/Longevity of clear taillights for 245/745? 200

Hello out there, I have seen some photos online of 240 wagons with a clear rear turn signal lens. Usually the top and bottom lenses are red, with the 2 middle sections clear. Has anyone had the opportunity to use these taillights?

I just wanted to hear other people's experience if they are any good or if you think that they are worth the money. Thanks for you help!
