Head Pipe 200 1993

can't you get one from a junk yard, or take off the 'tack welded' heat shield and repair the rustedf area??

sounds a lot less expensive to me :)

i would also call around to see how much you can get the exhaust header for on your own. I'd say about $175US, plus another $15 for new studs and Copper lock nuts, and a manifold gasket and cat donut. Add $15 shipping and you can DIY (easy job) for a total of $205. For an additonal $100, FCP Groton will send you all the rest of the exhaust aft of the CAT with hangars and clamps. Notwithstanding a broken stud on the manifold to exhaust header flange, the replacement should not take over 1 hr tops. Be sure to PB blaster the nuts several times in the hour before you attempt this.

just did mine..easy

good luck.
