Relay amps, volts, and information... help! 700

I ordered a bunch of new relays for the front relay row (cheap online, so I'm going with new ones) and have some questions about the ones in my brick and the compatability of the new ones.

(sidenote: please forgive me if any of the info below is off or misinformed, I don't hav a lot of experience with the intricacies of electronics and will try to describe everything as best I can.)

The main headlight relay I have in my brick currently is:

12v 2x15amp Bosch #0332015006 (933 stamped on side)

However, I also have a number of other versions of this same relay I've pulled off junkers. They include:

12v 2x15amp Bosch #0332015006 (965 stamped on side)
12v 2x15amp Bosch #0332015012 (933 stamped on side)

What is the difference between these two relays? Just different production/years or is there a real difference between their functions baed on the last two numbers (06 vs. 12)? Are they interchangeable as would appear given the volt/amp rating? What do these three number stamps mean?

I ordered the only comparable relay I could find online for the headlight relay hoping it would be the same (couldn't see very well in the picture). However, this relay is:

12v 20/30amp Bosch #0332204101 (974 stamped on side)

Is 20/30amp a variable amp on a single circuit or dual (like the ones I already have) with 20amps on one and 30amps on another? Can this relay be used for the headlights or will is it a single circuit and thus not work for the parking lights only setting (had this happen before when I accidentally used a single circuit relay for the headlights).

Finally, I'm also planning on replacing the fog lights (aux lights) relay. I lost the original for comparison (left it at a friends place by accident), but I've been using a similar relay with a higher amp:

12v max40amp Volvo #1259925-26807 (150989 stamped on side)
(the original was, I believe, the same except it had a 16amp rating)

If the other new relays I bought are in fact single circuit, can I replace the above with the Bosch 20/30amp I bought? Does it matter if I replace Volvo relays with Bosch ones? Does Bosch make a better relay?
