used to bog, now it stutters 200 1981

I just bought this car (1981 244) the previous owner said it ran rough. He was right. I changed the flame trap, which was completely clogged, cleaned the throttle body, put new injector seals on, new air filter, cleaned the carbon from the intake mainfold. It ran a little bit better but it just seams to constantly bog, not wanting to accelerate or go up hills. I'm wondering if the cat might be clogged. It seems as if their is good pressure coming from the exhaust, judging by putting my hand on the exhaust pipe, but that is not a very scientific way to measure. After driving it today, it now stutters quite badly, making it difficult to drive. I'm going to change the fuel filter and oxegyn sensor. Any other recomendations?
