B20E swap 140-160

Hey Joe!
Next time you drive down old 66 turn west at Vinita or north at Tulsa and
come and see us.

The dimension is the thickness from the valve cover gasket surface to the
head gasket surface, basically the thickness of the head.
The dimensions are:
B20A 86.7 mm (3.413") 8.7:1
B20B 86.2 mm (3.394") 9.3:1
B20E 84.9 mm (3.343") 10.5:1
B20F 87.0 mm (3.425") 8.7:1

The above is from the 1972 Green Volvo 140 series manual spec pages.
This is enough difference that you can easily measure it with a good
ruler and a sharp eye. Note that B20A and B20B don't have injector ports,
while B20E and B20F do, in addition to the biggest difference in thickness.
