an exhaust leak upstream from the o2 sensor will send a false lean signal to the computer driving the actual mixture rich.the o2 signal can be checked with a graphing multi-meter.look for a shop with a snap-on vantage and someone that knows how to use it.they should be able to explain to you what they have found and what it means in a way that you can understand.if you can find this you have a good shot at getting your problem solved,whatever it may be.
