Diesel transplant INTO a 240?

It's funny- lots of people don't want anything to do with diesels, and some people swear by them... I need one for a project for my non profit org. I'm trying to find the right car to use as a diesel/vegetable oil conversion. The car will be taken to schools and used for educational programs regarding sustainable energy / alternative energy sources.

If I was still in Mass or Maine, I bet I could find one easy! Only American cars here in ohio... What kind of shape is that diesel you mentioned?
