no response from ignition 700 1989

I was replacing the stock radio. When I was physically putting in the new radio. I lost response from the ignition. I had to reseat the plastic wiring harness back into its cavity. As far as I know, I didn't short anything. My lights are working. The ignition won't give me accessories or turn over. All my fuses appear okay. Could I have screwed up a relay or something?
