Is there a way of testing the tach outside the car? I am still trying to figure out why the thing doesn't work along with the intermettant lighting on that side of the cluster. The other night on a trip up to Seattle, all of the lights worked on the cluster, it looked nice. I'd like it if they all worked regularly along with the tach.
