HELP!!

I have had this car for ten months and it does not seem to like to cooled. First I have a leaking radiator (broked plastic neck for the upper rad. hose), so I replaced that. Then the new radiator sprung a leak, so I replaced it again. Then the water pump starting acting up - really loud and apparently leaking, so that got replaced. Now I have another leak and am not sure how to go about fixing this one, or even from where it is originating. (See attatched image). I wiped off all of the grease and fluid from the designated locations and after three miles of driving, had some accumulation of fluid, which I assume to be coolant, at position 1. After some time it drips down to position 2. I am thinking that it is originating from somewhere around position 3 (behind the timing belt). Is this logical? If so, what could be leaking back there? A seal of some sort?

Please advise.

Thanks,
Sam
