Bulb out warning light 200 1986

Hey Gang,

The "bulb out" warning light has been on for 2 days now--when I step on the brake pedal, use the turn signal, put the car in reverse and use the headlights. Also, the mechanism that makes the turn signal noise continues to click long after the turn has been made. I crawled under the car and looked at the wires coming out of the alternator as previous posts have suggested--I couldn't find any severed wires. When I checked the fuses I discovered every single one of them was of higher amperage than they were supposed to be. I replaced all of them and the damn light keeps coming on. Help, I'm at a loss.

Thanks!
