700 vs 900 series 900 1993

Ive got a '90 745(wagon) and a '93 945. I like the 93 better for several reasons. The 940 has a cleaner electric fan affording better access to belts etc and the 740 has a fan off the crankshaft. The fuel tank is 5 or more gallons bigger in the 940 and has much better range. Another great feature to the 940 is the fold out integral child seat( fold away for adult) with a shoulder belt in the middle rear. The 745 only has a lap belt and no child seat in the 2nd seat middle. The 940 also has better side impact protection and an integral roll bar that the 740 does not have. Maybe the 91 and or 92 700's have these features too but I'd say you can rule out '90 and prior 700's as inferior to the 900's.
