INSTALLING A NEW RADIATOR 700 1991

The bigger the radiator, the better and it is dead easy to do. Here is how:

1 Empty out coolant
2 Remove all hoses and pipes attached to raditor
3 Remove the fan shroud
4 Remove the two top brackets
5 Remove the radiator
6 Inser new raditor
7 Attach brackets
8 Attach fan shroud
9 Attach all hoses and pipes
10 Fill up with coolants, do not forget to air

Whilst you are doing this, clean out intercooler (if you have one) and check the status of your coolant hoses and coolant reservoir, also replace thermostat.
