Resoldering an ICU?? 200 1983

Sorry, Foster:
Just got back from all day drive to take daughter to airport for going back to college. Texas is big.
The reason I think the small metal encased fuel pump relay needs replacing is to try to solve an annoying one-time stumble soon after startup on this 83. It is as if the entire engine shuts down for just a minute, then runs OK till next startup.
If it is not the relays, then it is the ICU...what about resoldering this big bad boy??
Or should I just replace it with a junkyard one?
