P1800 new purchase 1800 1968

Hello, I am new to this forum and hoping to get some help. I have been offered a 1968 P1800 with original 56K on it. It was purchased from the original owner and seems to be in very good condition. It needs a new ignition switch (any key will start it), possibly a rear caliper rebuild, top dash, clock does not work, and O/D is questionable. I have only seen pictures. It looks shiny with an ugly red interior. The car has new tires and a new brake booster. It runs and drives nice. The asking price is $4500. Is it too high? too low? just right? I am not looking for a concours car, but one I can drive and enjoy. Any replies would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. Raëf
