F P R removal from 84 240

I'm still not sure I'm picturing what you've done correctly, but here's my $0.02. I remove only the FPR itself. Remove the return line (you did that), undo the fuel inlet fitting on the top (some gas will dribble out - but I think you did that already, too), pull off the vacuum hose, then remove the big nut on the front of the FPR - I can't remember whether it's a 22mm, 25mm/1", or 27mm. The FPR should drop right out of that bracket.
