Modified 142s 140-160

I have a '72 142s with twin 175 stromberg carbs, 74 b20E head (ported with valve shrouds removed, heavy duty valve srings), reconditionaed bottom end (new rings, bearings and oil seals), 30/70 cam, and flywhell lightened 4lbs, 2inch exhauset from manifold, should i get a reasonable amount of power out of this??
what sort of figures would i be looking at??
does anyone know where i can get a limited slip or locker diff to suit this car, or know of any easy conversions to lsd.
are there any other mods that would be worth considering??

Thanks Tom Wilson
