Yes, they said the had resurfaced the flywheel. The old pressure plate had a discolored spot opposite the "high side" because the spring had broken and the pressure plate was depressed on one side. The manager said it was possible that the new disc was contaminated. I'll soon have 300 miles on the new clutch and I'll go back.
