760 caster angle 700

As per Volvo manual, caster angle can be adjusted on 760 cars by changing control arm struts which come standard, long and short (390.5, 396 or 385 mm). Caster angle will thereby increase or decrease 0.8 degree. Alternatively, does anyone know whether caster angle can be increased by adding a washer or two up to a maximum 5 mm total thickness at the front end of the control arm strut? If so, what should be the inner and outer diameters of the washer? Best regards.
