Your interior opinions 200 1984

Hey its me again with Project Swedish Meatball. I am mulling over ideas for my interior. I have decided that I will stick with the tan for the most part but plan to get black carpet and a black dash. As for the cargo area I either want to do it black or dark grey carpet or....now it gets zany, diamondplate!
Tell me what you think of that idea. Do you think it would look beter in diamondplate or carpet?
