There are options out there ... if there's a particular manufacturer/model you know of, you can always ask if they will custom drill blanks for you. 5x108mm, 20mm offset.

I'm running a set of 16" Ronal R-25's. Any of their rims that offer in 5x108 and have 20mm fall within the list of offsets would work. FWIW, mine's were made-to-order, and delivered next day (but I'm local in SoCal, so).

I do not recommend 8" wide rims - although possible, you may need to do some custom fender work to get adequate clearance.
