broken GLT-please help!! 200 1982

Well dude...first of all, congrats on getting a very fresh car. As soon as it starts you are going to have years with a quality car. Second, a very reputable shop here in Portland Oregon is Alamo Volvo off of 69th and Glisan (503-408-1079). You find very fair prices, the best work, and the coolest guys around. Plus their turn around is pretty fast.

On to the no start problem...What exactly is going on? It kind of sounds like a bad battery. Sand down the inside of the battery terminals and try to jump the original battery and see if it starts. If it does start, you have a bad battery and should put in new battery terminals as well. If it doesnt start, write back and tell us what exactly it is doing (i.e. is it not getting fuel or not getting spark, ect, ect.)

We will get that thing running and looking good for ya
