Fair price for 56,000 miles B20F engine and BW35 auto. transmission? 200 1975

Good evening, knowledgeable Volvophiles...

I might be buying a 1975 245 with B20F (K-Jet) engine and BW35 (3-speed) automatic transmission.

Engine and transmission have 56,000 documented miles on them.

I just want the wagon-body and will resell the B20F and BW35.

What is a fair price for those?
