Suggestions for selling a used Garrett Turbo 700

I have a Garrett turbo that was thrown in with my 89 245t - my car has the Mitsu turbo so I don't see any need to hang on to the Garrett. My question is this: the turbo spins freely yet if you put your finger in the center spindle and push on it, it has about 1/2 mm side-to-side play. Is this normal operation or the result of age and wear? If so, I'll sell it at a lower price. However if this is normal for a turbo I'd like to see if I can get some more for it. Also it has the manifold still attached along with wastegate and oil line. As far as I know it worked okay but was just the wrong turbo for the engine and as a result it was removed and replaced with the proper Mitsu turbo. What do you guys think would be a good price if you were buying this used and were buying it as-is to either use as-is or rebuild?

Thanks,
Matt Campbell
