Antisway Bars for a '75 164 - donor from a 240? 140-160 1975

I've got a '75 164, and one of the things I'm planning to do is install antisway bars (larger in front, and also in the rear where there isn't any OEM bar). I understand that this year's 164 is different from the prior years' 164s in that the chassis (including wheels' offsets, etc.) shares a lot of dimensions and some parts from the new (at that time) 240 series with which it is similar from the firewall back.
So, since IPD is no longer stocking the bars for the '75, do any of you know whether I can use some other model's antisway bars, such as a 240 model (a GT, for example).
Thanks.
