Just gave the car a basic tune up, still running 'rough..' What next? 200 1980

I just put a new cap, rotor, and a new set of plugs and wires in my '80 245DL, hoping it would cure my "runs very gutless when cold, but mostly fine when warm" problems.

Well, I take it for a bit of a ride, and it's driving exactly the same way. I just can't get any power. I'll floor it, and it will SLOWLY rev higher, even in neutral.

Now, I don't know what the next step is.

Also, when the car is warming up, it sure shakes a lot. The shifter shakes around and around and around... (It's a stick). It revs a fair amount lower then it does when fully warm too. (Not sure how much, since my tach doesn't seem to be very accurate.)

Any ideas? I don't know where to go from here.

Thanks as always.
