UPDATE (cold idle.. help needed !!) 200 1989

I'm rambling here....
The TPS is still bothering me. I hear the click tho. What a mess that thing was. I drilled a teeny TINY drain hole on the corner that points downward just in case oil makes it's way thru there again. The tps is set correctly too. It clicks as soon a s the thrtl blade moves. The car still runs like crap. The IAC is suspect too. I cleaned it further. No positive results. Both parts work properly when tested off the car. ( using my Fluke volt meter and/or giving it power to energize.)
ANOTHER UPDATE: I did find a slit in the bellows duct where it rubbed the fender apron.. I patched it with some gooey RTV sealant. The car still runs shitty. Damn!! It runs like I have a serious vacuum leak' Like a big one. I have scoured the motor over and over.
Oh, The air meter is suspect too.
I have back probed all the wires to be sure the have continuity and all..
I need to learn how to get codes on these bricks! Got a set of instructions yesterday.
