GREETINGS...THIS 960 HAS NO INJECTOR PULSE/NO IGNITION PULSE. HAS CODE 1-3-1 FOR NO RPM SIGNAL. HAVE SCOPED RPM SIGNAL AT CRANK SENSOR AND AT ECM AND IT IS PRESENT AND PROPER. OHMS TESETED CRANK SENSOR - OK AT 320 OHMS. TESTED BOTH WIRES FROM CKP SENSOR TO ECM FOR CONTINUITY AND THEY ARE BOTH GOOD. TRIED A KNOWN GOOD ECM AND NO CHANGE. ALSO TESTED BOTH IGNITION AND FUEL RELAYS AT LEFT STRUT TOWER AND THEY WORK PERFECTLY. CAM SENSOR WORKS AS IT SHOULD. HAVE FUEL DELIVERY FROM PUMP TO FUEL RAIL WITH KEY ON AND CRANKING. ALL FUSES CHECKED AND OK. REPLACED MAIN GROUND CABLE FOR THE &%^# OF IT, NO CHANGE.........WHAT GIVES?? ANY IDEAS???
