FPR for Regina FI 700 1990

I am a monority. This means I have 1990 740 GL with Regina FI. This car at this moment has very poor parfromance. Poor accerelation. Unstable idling. But this car runs fine if I could once rev up over 2500rpm. I smell rich mixture in the engine and diagnostic unit coding tells me no electrical sensors are wrong. I strongly suspect fuel pressure regulator malfunction and try to find this part. Retail price of Volvo dealar is $150. I found FPR for BoschLH-Jetronic FI is less than $40 at an internet parts site and they don't have FPR for my system. This is not fair!! Does anyone have good idea/experience to find FPR for Regina FI?
