I second everything you said, plus: 200

Hello,

I totally agree with 200 series Volvo cultism as it progresses to higher levels of both mileage and recognition for it's simplicity.

But correct me if I am wrong, but we are talking about basic multiplexed wiring. Get over it. Car manufacturers have been using it for years now. An 8 year old Honda Civic even has it.

As far as servo throttles are concerned, they have also been around for years in many succesful applications. As far as the peice-of-shitism you experienced with an Olds Bravada ie. GMC Jimmy, Envoy and 5 other brand names, remember that this is just another innovation from the company that brought us such innovations as the 4-6-8 engine, the quad(rapalegic) four, 3-channel ABS and most notably the Olds Acheiva and other such twins. Let us note that in it's first year (1991 - the 16th year of production for the 240) it was rated the worst car to be involved in a front collision with. Which was the best? 200 series cultism strikes again.
