740 near-total warning light failure - source?

While driving today my battery, brake, parking brake, and washer resivoir warning lights all came on simultaneously.

Nothing is wrong with any of those systems.

The bulb failure light has been on intermittently (loose bulb in tail) and the service light has been doing its "on in the 1st two minutes" bit as I haven't reset it. Those are now on all the time too.

service
battery/charge
brake
parking brake
washer resivoir
bulb failure

All in a row. I've checked the #22 and #21 fuses - replaced anyway since I have a ton - no change.

Ideas? Can I replace this myself? It is just a nuisance right now.
