No start unless pumps jumped 200

Colin's linked 700 CI diagram is logically accurate, but 240 fuses are different.

Power to pick the FI relay coil is Key On 12V — via fuse 13 to relay terminal 15 BL/R wire, but this input must also be "anded" with ignition pulses on the W/R wire at terminal 31b. The relay ground is hard-wired as shown.

Relay transfer voltage comes from Fuse 7 to terminal 30 (Red wire), and goes out 87 (Y/R) to the Main pump (and fuse 5 input). The 87b (BL wire) goes to Aux Air Valve and WUR heaters, and also picks the Lambda relay out on the left fender rail.

I'd make sure the coil primary connections are really clean, especially the W/R on Coil #1. Same thing goes for Fuse 13 and the fuse holder contacts.
