90 745ti No Power After Water Pump Replacement-No Boost 700 1990

I replaced my water pump today. Vehicle was running perfectly fine before. When I started the motor to check for leaks at the new water pump connections, I immediately noticed a rough idle and little to no ability for the motor to rev. Turbo boost reaches the yellow zone at 3500 rpm in nuetral. Took a test ride and found no acceleration.

I checked the turbo hoses. They were still connected. Made sure by taking them off and reinstalling them. Decided maybe a vacuum line was pinched or broken, so went to NAPA and got four feet of vacuum line and replaced all that I could find. NO CHANGE WHATSOEVER!

What do you guys and gals think?

Thanks
Mike G.
