'93 940 Cruise Control 900

I have a new to me 940 and the cruise control is not working. When working on older models 740's and 240's I found that the vacuum lines under the dash had split. However, when looking at the lines under the 940 they appear to be much different but in good order. For instance, there are very narrow blue and yellow lines instead of the usual (to me) black vacuum lines.

So I guess I am asking if anyone with a later model 940 has tackled the cruise control vacuum lines and if there is any particular area I should be focusing on to correct this problem.

TIA,
Ian
